v At our floral consultation,
it is helpful to have the following:
- your budget
- wedding theme and colors
- photos of ceremony and reception
sites
- photos/swatches of bridal and bridesmaid dresses
- idea of favorite flowers
- idea of what floral
decor you will be needing (i.e. altar flowers, corsages, centerpieces,etc.)
v Ask your reception venue if they have centerpiece vessels (hurricanes, vases, votives)
for you to use, included in your rental. If not, we have a great selection of items from which to choose.

Does you reception venue or caterer provide table linens and chair covers? If not, or if you desire something "special"

At the wedding, assign a family member or friend to be responsible for distributing corsages and boutonnieres to readers,
clergy, grandparents, etc.

Appoint a family member or friend to transport decorations from the ceremony to the reception venue, if different. A
responsible party will also be needed to transport centerpieces, etc. back home after the reception. We can arrange
to pick up vases, if needed, on Monday following the wedding.
